We are hiring!!
We are seeking a new member of our team. This team will work with our credentialed tax person to be the first voice clients hear when calling into the office or becoming a new client.
You must be able to work onsite in Chickasha, Oklahoma for the first 6 months. Hours are Monday through Friday 9am to 3pm. After that, it could transition into a hybrid role.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Incoming Call via TWO lines.
- Outbound Calls
- Entering information into software/CRM
- Scanning and Sorting incoming mail
- Prioritizing clients/cases
- Answering chat messages
- other duties as assigne
The perfect candidate
- Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute
- Clean background
- Clear and professional speaking style
- Familiarity with Windows based computers
- Likes kids and animals
Pay is DOE but we expect to pay pay between $10 -$13/hour
